Building Society Loan
The current situation: the contract data are captured in the specialist application and the system has assigned the contract number. On the basis of, say, an XML job file, M/TEXT CS now automatically generates all the documents.
- Name and signature of the person in charge who is registered in the system, Frau Schmidt, will automatically be inserted.
- M/OMS sees to it that the document is printed on special paper on the colour printer and is sorted to the correct channel for dispatch.
Static, unalterable text elements, such as the general terms and conditions, and instructions are lodged as plain text modules. These are pure text modules without any logic, which experts in the field (e.g. lawyers) can generate and format very easily in the editor. The administrator can then take them over 1:1 in the application.
