Motor Insurance

With M/TEXT CS, day-to-day business such as sending a motor insurance offer is dealt with promptly. One click in the specialist application starts the company-wide document process:

• All the necessary documents are, in accordance with the instructions (e.g. via XML file from the application), automatically put together using forms, text modules and graphics.  
• In each individual case, the lodged logic controls how the text modules are used and configured right down to the last detail. If, in special cases, data still need to be added online, the system offers the user the appropriate dialogue. 
• Output parameters can be tailored to the individual customer for further processing in the Output Management System. For example, to notify the customer via e-mail, SMS or the like.

The administrator creates the resources necessary for this very simply using the graphic designer M/Workbench.

If the specialist system has all the data, a simple click is enough to start a fully automated document process, at the end of which is the dispatch of a complete document packet. In this case an insurance certificate and a covering letter.
