The Customer is Captain.
We think it is very important that our customers remain the
"captain on board" and are qualified to maintain and further
develop their applications themselves – if they so wish and
have the necessary in-house capacity at their disposal.
Training therefore plays an important role for us.
The training sessions, seminars and workshops are held on
the customer’s premises or at our training centre in Freiburg
depending on expediency and the intended aims.
The range of topics includes
- Instruction in the operation and functionalities of the products
- Design of the applications and on time distribution to target environments
- Customised essential topics, such as printing, interfaces, operation, security ...
- General topics of process and document organisation
We use didactic and methodical documents and examples, which we offer as standard but which can also be tailored to the customers needs. We also produce training documents for customers’ in-house training on request.
