The Raiffeisen Swiss Cooperative selected the M/ Series from kühn & weyh as their new company wide Output Management System. Over the course of several implementation steps, Raiffeisen's existing document output solutions were successively replaced by M/ Series modules. The process was completed by the end of 2016.

Why kühn & weyh?

The very high degree of functional coverage, excellent performance for central and local processing, as well as the modern Java EE architecture were decisive in selecting supplier and product. kühn & weyh won the bid after demonstrating an extensive proof of concept, including load and performance tests. Now that the system is fully installed, Raiffeisen has access to a long-term, sustainable solution in the area of customer communication management - both for batch processing and for interactive document creation, for around 8,500 users.
