kwcon 2026 – Information

kwcon – The kwsoft® Customer and Partner Conference

On November 9 and 10, 2026, kwsoft® once again invites you to the kwcon at Black Forest Studios in Kirchzarten. This two-day customer and partner conference is known for its hands-on content, in-depth insights into real-world user projects, and the opportunity for personal exchange with CCM experts.

With proven formats and established key topics, kwcon 2026 also provides room for new inspiration. For the first time, selected program items will incorporate international perspectives, expanding professional exchange beyond the German-speaking region.

The kwcon takes place in a personal, welcoming atmosphere in the Black Forest and has become a regular fixture on many participants’ calendars. As the event has sold out early in previous years, we recommend registering in advance.

Parking and Directions

Kirchzarten is easily accessible by car and train. There is ample parking available at Black Forest Studios. Regional trains run approximately every 20 minutes from Freiburg Central Station directly to Kirchzarten Station, where there is also a taxi stand. The distance from Kirchzarten Station to Black Forest Studios is approximately 1.1 km.

If you register for kwcon, you will receive access to our kwcon app shortly before the event. You will receive your login details by email in good time before kwcon. In the app, you will find the program, shuttle times, information about participants and speakers, and information about the presentations.

Shuttle

For your convenience, we offer free shuttle buses that run several times between Black Forest Studios, Freiburg, and the hotels in Kirchzarten/Zarten and Oberried. You can find the timetable in the kwcon app.
