Effective customer communications must be technically accurate, easy to understand, and aligned with the company’s language standards. The Serie M/ helps organizations review and improve texts directly during the content creation process.
Typical challenges in transactional customer communications include:
kwsoft® integrates language checks and corporate language standards directly into the document creation process. Texts can be reviewed within the M/TEXT TONIC Content Hub or the M/TEXT TONIC Client – right where templates, text modules, and individual content are created.
The Serie M/ already includes spell checking and hyphenation. For more advanced requirements, third-party solutions can be integrated. In addition, kwsoft® provides an API that enables organizations to connect their own language check and corporate language solutions.
semantics provides basic language checking capabilities, including blacklists and whitelists as well as readability indicators.
TextLab extends the Serie M/ with functions for corporate language, readability, tone of voice, communication climate analysis, CLIX and HIX readability indices, gender-inclusive language, and language controlling.
LanguageTool provides basic grammar checking as well as the optional LanguageTool Premium extension. The premium version adds advanced rules for grammar, sentence structure, punctuation, repetitions, filler words, frequently used expressions, and foreign-language terms.
kwsoft® provides integration of these solutions into the Serie M/. The functions are available directly within the M/TEXT TONIC Content Hub and the M/TEXT TONIC Client and can be incorporated into existing CCM processes.
Customer-specific solutions
Many organizations already use their own solutions for language checking, terminology management, or corporate language governance. Through the kwsoft® API, these solutions can be integrated into the content creation process of the Serie M/.
