Here’s what you can expect from us:

  • As a consultant or even an expert in digital customer communication and output management, you will take on a leading role in customer projects for well-known clients from various industries
  • You will work with our customers to analyze the functional and technical requirements in the context of digital customer communication processes
  • You will work on the development and integration of holistically designed customer communication solutions based on our software products
  • You coordinate our customer activities together with the customer, using classic and agile project management methods
  • When you are not working remotely or on site at a customer's premises, you will continue your education in the latest technologies and project management methods and apply the knowledge you have acquired to our internal projects in the areas of innovation and knowledge transfer
  • As a senior consultant, you are a role model and top performer for your colleagues, supporting them through coaching and further development

What you’ll need:

  • Completed degree in computer science or comparable training with relevant professional experience
  • Relevant experience in CCM and/or output management (preferably with Serie M/ or competitor products such as Inspire, Dopix, DocFamily, Thunderhead, Posy, compart, Open Text, etc.)
  • Programming skills in Java EE, JavaScript, XSLT are an advantage
  • Relevant experience in solution architecture and/or project management, as well as knowledge of the challenges of modern customer communication
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Enthusiasm for modern IT, strong initiative, and excellent communication skills round out your profile
