Camunda Services GmbH, based in Berlin, was founded in March 2008 and is still managed by the founders and owners. From the beginning, they have focused on the topic of Business Process Management (BPM) and, among other things, helped define the BPMN 2.0 standard.
Since 2012, “camunda BPM” has been provided an open source platform for business process management, i.e. the design and control of business processes. In spring 2014, Camunda Inc. was founded with headquarters in San Francisco, USA. Since then, it has been successfully developing the North American market with quality software “made in Germany”.
The aim of the cooperation is to integrate the Serie M/ document services even more easily into the business processes controlled by camunda BPM. Due to the SOA-compliant, loose coupling of the systems, full flexibility is maintained.
