Your responsibilities:
– Support us in a variety of areas
– Shopping, outgoing mail, reception
– Setting up and preparing meeting rooms
– Identify new market opportunities, industries, and target groups in collaboration with Sales, Partner Management, and our international partners.
– Support international sales activities and optimize lead generation and lead quality.
– Develop an international partner marketing program and support Partner Success Management from a marketing perspective.
– You will be the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring that they get the most out of our solutions and achieve long-term success with us.
– You will build trusted, long-term customer relationships and continuously strengthen them.
– You will act as the link between our customers and internal teams, ensuring that customer requirements are implemented successfully.
– You actively contribute to ensuring service quality and thus to the satisfaction of our customers.
– You have completed training or studies in the IT field or have comparable qualifications or practical experience.
